MAXIMATOR Far East Pte Ltd offers a wide range of MAXIMATOR high pressure systems like the MAXIMATOR hydraulic units, Hi Lo test units, gas booster stations, air amplifier stations as well as gas and water assisted moulding technology, and test and production technology made in Germany. We employ our own project engineers to design standard and customized hydrostatic and gas pressure test skids and pressure test bay systems to meet the customers’ needs at competive and attractive prices. We have manufactured modular workshop pressure test units designed for wall mounting and on either sides of the pressure test bays. These test bay systems have been delivered with proven reliability and ease of use to satisfy oil and gas customers located in Singapore, Batam, Balikpapan, Kemamman, Labuan, Kuala Belait, Songkhla, Bangkok, Vung Tau and many other cities in Asia. After sales service is available on site to meet the customer’s expectation(s). We also design, manufacture and supply control units for wellhead equipment and hydraulic units for operating bolt tensioners, actuators and other tools.

MAXIMATOR manufactures our own components like air driven pumps, gas boosters, air amplifiers, high pressure valves, fittings and tubing. This enables us to manufacture test benches and systems with consistent quality and reliability for our customer.

Hydraulic Units


MAXIMATOR power packs for oil, water or aggressive media are complete hydraulic units ready for connection, which are provided for generating operating pressures up to 7,000 bar (101,000 psi).The hydraulic systems can be used for all kinds of testing and clamping or for other functions requiring a determined pressure. The movable and portable MAXIMATOR hydraulic power packs can be used wherever hydraulic pressures are required. They are to be found for example in steel construction, boiler construction, tank construction and reactor construction as well as in yards, smelting plants, machine factories and locksmith's shops. For years they have proved themselves in inspection and acceptance processes as well as in the hydraulic working and clamping systems.

Air Amplifier Stations


MAXIMATOR Air Amplifier Stations for pressurised air or nitrogen are complete amplifier stations ready for connection, which are provided for generating operating pressures up to 100 bar. All air amplifiers can be supplied with a pressure vessel and an air control unit comprising a filter, pressure regulator with pressure gauge and an air shut-off valve. The desired operating pressure can be preset by means of the air control unit in correspondence with the different pressure ratios. We can offer you a choice between a standard Air Amplifier Station or a customised solution.

Gas Booster Stations


MAXIMATOR Gas Booster Stations for nitrogen or a wide variety of other gases are complete booster stations ready for connection, which are provided for generating operating pressures up to 2,400 bar. The booster stations can be used for all kinds of testing and filling or for other functions requiring a determined high pressure. MAXIMATOR offers an extensive volume of accessories for all cases of application. Some of them include pressure switches and pneumatically or electrically operated directional valves for controlling the system. Connecting adaptors, quick couplings, pressure filters, high-pressure hoses as well as shut-off valves and control valves are available too.

Gas and Water Assisted Moulding Equipment


Assisted Injection Moulding (AIM) is part of a family of technologies that are operated with plastics processing methods to improve product quality and significantly reduce cost. The technologies include the injection of gas or water at high pressure into plastic in an injection mould. MAXIMATOR GmbH successfully developed complexed systems in high-pressure and testing technology, hydraulics and pneumatics and has been the market leader in these segments for decades.
